Depending on the payment status, it may be possible to cancel a payment on Reap. Here's what you need to know:
If you've created a Reap Pay request on the dashboard, but it's still in draft or scheduled status, you can cancel it directly from the Reap dashboard: Here's how.
If the payment status is "Require Action", "Waiting for Approval", "Pending" or "Completed", you will not be able to cancel it in your account directly. In this case, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected]. Please make sure to include the transaction ID (starting with pid_) in your email, and one of our team members will assist you further.
