Except for certain recipients that are already on our list such as the Inland Revenue Department, Towngas or Hong Kong Post, you need to have the bank code and bank account number of the recipient in order to make a payment to them. When you fill in the bank account number, please disregard the first three digits since they are the bank code. On top of that, you need to fill in recipient's address, email address and contact number. For big companies, you can normally find their customer service information hotline. Otherwise you need to contact the recipient. If you really can't find these information, you can put your own information there and we'll still try to verify the recipient's identity.
