MailDrop is our feature allowing you to send invoices you receive in your inbox directly to us, and we will create the payment for you on your Reap account.

There is no additional installation or registration required, all Reap accounts have the MailDrop function. You can start using it right away in a few steps:

  1. You've received an invoice via email from one of your vendors/business partners
  2. You review the email and confirm the information is correct and want to make this payment
  3. Forward the email to [email protected]
  4. We will send you a confirmation that we have received the email and your payment instruction was created.
  5. Please log in to your Reap account to finalize the details and send payment right away
