Handling a Departing Employee's Reap Card
When an employee leaves your company, it's important to follow these steps to deactivate or delete their Reap Card account:
Freeze the card immediately
Log into the Reap Dashboard at https://dashboard.reap.global and freeze the card using the "edit card" button. This will disable any transactions.
Backup the details
Before deleting the team member's profile, make sure to sync their transactions to accounting integrations or export all their transaction details for backup.
Check if the employee can be deleted from your team
In the Dashboard, go to the "Team" tab. If the employee is not a Business Representative or Business Owner, you can delete them.
Contact Customer Success if needed
If the resigning employee is a Business Representative or Business Owner, please notify our team by emailing hello@reap.global before they leave the company. Our Customer Success team will assist you with the necessary checks before securely deleting the account.
