Cancel a Draft or Scheduled Payment on Reap Dashboard

You can cancel a "draft", "scheduled", or "failed" Reap Pay request before it has been confirmed or processed.

  1. Go to https://dashboard.reap.global/dashboard/payments

  2. Find the payment you'd like to cancel in the list and click on the transaction itself (Note: please do not click on the edit (✏️) button to the right)

  3. Select 'Cancel payment' on the right sidebar

  4. Click 'Yes, cancel' to confirm you want to delete the draft payment

Please note: If the payment status has changed to "Require Action", "Pending" or "Completed", you will not be able to cancel it in your account directly. In this case, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected]. Please include the transaction ID in your email and a member of our team will assist you further.
