Overview
Reap Direct automatically generates monthly card statements at the end of each billing cycle. You can also export transaction data as a CSV at any time from the Transactions page. If you need a consolidated statement covering a full year or for audit purposes, the Reap support team can assist.

What statements are available
From your Reap Direct dashboard, you can access two types of reports:
| Type | Description |
| Monthly card statement (PDF) | Generated automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Includes collateral movements, outstanding balance, transactions by cardholder, fees, and a pricing summary. |
| CSV transaction export | Downloadable from the Transactions page at any time. Includes transaction status, cleared date, and reference IDs for reconciliation. |

How to download your monthly statement
Available for Admin users only
- Log in to your Reap dashboard at dashboard.reap.global/login.
- In the left sidebar, click Cards, then select Balance & Statements.
- Under Previous statements, select the billing period you need.
- Click Download PDF to save your monthly card statement, or Download CSV to export the transaction report for that period.
How to download a CSV transaction export
Available for Admin and Group Owner users.
- Log in to your Reap dashboard at dashboard.reap.global/login.
- In the left sidebar, click Cards, then select Transactions.
- Use the filters to narrow down your data - for example by date range, status, card, or cardholder.
- Click Export all.

Choose your preferred option:
- Export all transactions - downloads a CSV of your full transactions list.

Export all receipts - sends a ZIP file of all your receipts to your email (no CSV included).
- Export selected transactions - downloads a CSV of your currently selected or filtered transactions.
- Export selected receipts - sends a ZIP file of receipts for your selected or filtered transactions to your email (no CSV included)
How to download your own transaction export
Available for all cardholders, including users who are not Admins or Group Owners.
If you are a regular cardholder and need a record of your own transactions, for example for expense reimbursement or personal records, you can export a CSV directly from your card's transaction view.
- Log in to your Reap dashboard at dashboard.reap.global/login.
- In the left sidebar, click Cards, then select Transactions.
- Use the filters to narrow down your data for example by date range or transaction status.
- Click Export to download a CSV of your transactions.
- Choose your preferred option:
- Export all transactions - downloads a CSV of your full transactions list.
- Export all receipts - sends a ZIP file of all your receipts to your email (no CSV included).
- Export selected transactions - downloads a CSV of your currently selected or filtered transactions.
- Export selected receipts - sends a ZIP file of receipts for your selected or filtered transactions to your email (no CSV included)
Need a full company statement? Monthly PDF statements and full account-wide transaction exports are only available to Admins and Group Owners. If you need one for accounting, audit, or reimbursement purposes, reach out to your company's Reap Admin and ask them to download it on your behalf.
Requesting a statement for audit purposes
If you need a consolidated year-end statement or a report in a specific format for an audit, contact the Reap support team directly via email at hello@reap.global. When reaching out, include:
- Your company name and account details
- The period you need covered (e.g. 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025)
- The purpose of the request (e.g. annual audit, tax filing)
- Any specific format requirements from your auditor
Frequently Asked Questions
How far back can I access statements?
Statements are available from the date your account was activated. Contact support if you cannot see a specific period in your dashboard.
Can I get a single PDF covering a full year?
Monthly statements are issued per billing cycle, which follows the calendar month — for example, your January 2025 statement covers 1 January to 31 January 2025.
I'm a cardholder, can I get a PDF statement for my card?
PDF statements are only available to Admin users. As a cardholder, you can export a CSV of your own card transactions from the Transactions page. If you specifically need a PDF or a full company statement, ask your company's Reap Admin to download it for you.
My auditor needs a statement in a specific format. Can Reap provide this?
Contact the support team with your auditor's requirements. Reap will advise on what formats are available and what additional documentation can be provided.
Can I export transaction data instead of using the PDF statement?

Is there a fee for requesting an audit statement?
