Transition to Reap Card for Reap Pay

Edited

To ensure you can enjoy the full suite of services offered by Reap, we will be discontinuing the use of non-Reap issued credit cards as a source of funds for Reap Pay payments.

On 2 September 2024, you will no longer be able to use your own credit cards with Reap Pay. Moving forward, only Reap Card will be accepted.

What will happen on the day?

  • Your non-Reap Cards will not be visible anymore in your Reap dashboard

  • The recurring payments set with non-Reap Cards will be cancelled. We can help switch the recurring payments to your Reap Card if needed.

  • You will still be able to see the relevant card information in your transaction export

What if I have payments in progress on that day?

  • Our team will help ensure all your payments get paid out in time. However, to ensure we can process your payments on time, please avoid creating payments in the two days leading up to the deadline. If you have any urgent payment to process on that day, please let us know as early as possible at hello@reap.global.

  • Rest assured, for all the payments initiated before 2 September, we will keep follow up to make sure the payments go through and assist you if there’s a bounce-back or dispute.

Why use Reap Card?

By utilising the Reap Card as your funding source for Reap Pay, you can enjoy the following benefits:

  1. Simplified Expense Tracking: Access a consolidated platform to monitor all your company expenses, including both bank and card payments.

  2. Enhanced Documentation: Get real-time access to a spend allocation dashboard, enabling you to easily track your payments and streamline financial management.

  3. Spend Management: With the Reap Card, you can create cards for your team members, and customise budgets, empowering you to manage their spending efficiently.
