Reap Pay - Exports and Reconciliation

You can easily export the information related to your usage of Reap Pay from your Reap dashboard to help with your own reconciliation and reporting.

You have access to two exports from your Reap dashboard:

• Payments export

• Balance movements export

The payment export will give you a full list of all the payments under Reap Pay, with detailed information about the recipient, relevant dates of processing, fees breakdown, full amount charged, etc.

All payments have a unique identifier starting with "pid_"

Note that for payments funded using your Reap Card, you will also have access to the unique identifier of a card transaction starting with "tid_". This can help you trace the relevant transaction using the Reap Card transaction export.

Where to find it?

Navigate to Reap Pay > Payments

1. Apply the desired filters (if any)

2. Click Select All, or select only the desired rows

3. Click Export at the top right of the table

The balance movements export will give you all the ins and outs of your Reap Pay stablecoins balance, with useful information such FX rate between the amount to pay and stablecoins, deposits information with transaction hashes, etc.

You can link a balance-out movement to payment details in the Payment export using the unique "pid_"

Please note:

• This export will only contain Completed payments

• Payments funded in Reap Card will not visible since not relevant to stablecoins balance movements

Where to find it?

Navigate to Reap Pay > Payments

1. Click View History to reveal the drawer

2. Click Export

This export can also be found from Reap Treasury, from the Reap Pay box
