Starting September 1, all replies from our support team will come from our new email address:

This update helps us provide a more consistent experience when communicating with you.

If you send a message to our old support email, we’ll still receive it. The only difference is that our reply will now come from support@reapglobal.co starting September 1.

To help you feel confident this is not a phishing attempt:

• All official replies will now come from support@reapglobal.co

• We will never ask you to share your password or sensitive account details by email
