Once you confirm the shipping address, Reap will normally deliver your physical card within 14 days.

Hong Kong delivery typically takes 7-8 business days, while international delivery may take 12-14 business days.

If you require an expedited shipment, we can expedite the delivery time to 7 working days globally. To request an expedited delivery, please send an email to hello@reap.global, providing the cardholder's email address and the last 4 digits of the card number. Please note that an expedited card shipping fee of USD 17 per card will be charged to your company at the end of the billing month.

We will send important shipment information and updates to your email inbox from do-not-reply@reap.global. Additionally, the courier may contact you via the provided phone number for the shipment. It is crucial to remain vigilant and regularly check your emails, and messages, and answer calls to stay informed about any customs issues or updates on the Reap Card shipment. If any follow-up actions are necessary, such as contacting the courier to resolve customs-related matters, please carefully follow the instructions provided in the email to avoid parcel destruction or return.
