How long does it take to process a payment?

Your payment will be processed as soon as you enter the credit card details, accurate payment details, and associated supporting documents. Typically, the recipient will receive the payment within 1 business day.
Please note that our payment cut-off time is HKT 5pm. Therefore, if you submit a payment after the cut-off time, Reap will start processing on the next business day.
