Reap's AI Agent is available to both logged-in users and guest visitors. For account-specific questions, being logged in will allow it to provide more relevant answers.
What is Reap's AI Agent?
Reap's AI Agent is an AI-powered helper available through our live chat. It is designed to answer your questions, guide you through common processes, and connect you with our Support Team when you need hands-on help — all without waiting in a queue.
Reap's AI Agent uses our Help Centre articles and product documentation to provide accurate, relevant answers to your questions. When it can't resolve something on its own, it gathers the key details and connects you with a member of our Support Team who can pick up right where the conversation left off.
We are building Reap's AI Agent in phases, adding new capabilities over time so it becomes more helpful with each update.
How do I access Reap's AI Agent?
Reap's AI Agent is available through the live chat widget on Reap's platform. If you see the chat icon, you are ready to go — simply open it and start typing your question.

What can't Reap's AI Agent do?
Reap's AI Agent is helpful, but there are important boundaries to keep your account secure and ensure a good experience.
It does not replace live chat with a human agent
Reap's AI Agent is not a substitute for our Support Team. It answers common questions and guides you through standard processes, but when your issue needs human judgement or action, it will connect you with a team member. You can also ask to speak with a human at any time.
It cannot make changes to your account
For security and compliance reasons, Reap's AI Agent cannot close your account, change your business details, process refunds, or make other high-impact changes. These actions are handled by our Support Team through standard verification and approval processes.
It works best with our Help Centre content
Reap's AI Agent's knowledge comes from our Help Centre articles and product documentation. This means:
- Our Help Centre is reviewed and updated daily, so Reap’s AI Agent reflects the latest information in most cases. In the rare case it doesn’t have an answer, it will offer to connect you with our Support Team.
- For questions outside its knowledge, it will let you know and offer to connect you with our Support Team.
You should always review any guidance carefully before taking important actions on your account.
Does Reap's AI Agent replace the Help Centre or my usual support channels?
No. Reap's AI Agent is designed to complement, not replace, your existing support options:
- It helps you get answers faster by bringing together Help Centre content in a conversational format.
- For complex or sensitive matters, it connects you with our Support Team, who will continue to assist you through your preferred channels.
You can keep using the Help Centre, email, and your other support channels as before — Reap's AI Agent simply makes it easier to get started and resolve everyday questions more quickly.
Your privacy and data
Reap's AI Agent follows the same data protection and privacy standards as all Reap services. It does not store your conversation history beyond what is needed to resolve your current enquiry, and it operates under Reap's existing privacy policy.
When you are logged in, Reap's AI Agent may use your account context to provide more relevant answers. It will never share your account information with other users or use it for purposes beyond supporting your enquiry.
