If you try entering your Reap Card PIN incorrectly too many times, Reap will temporarily block your card for security purposes.

To unblock your Reap Card PIN, please send us an email at hello@reap.global or reach us at the chatroom shown on the dashboard. Please include the following information in your message:

• Your full name

• The last four digits of your Reap Card

Our Reap Card team will contact you timely to unblock the Reap Card. Please note there may be a short waiting time before we contact you due to the high volume of requests.
