Reap supports multi-entity accounts, letting you manage more than one legal entity under the same dashboard login. Each entity is independent, with its own collateral, balances, cards, and permissions, and must complete its own verification before it can be used.

Before you start
Before adding a new entity, make sure you have the following ready:
- You are logged in as an Owner or Admin on your existing Reap account.
- The new entity is a separate legal entity with its own registration details.
- The following documents are available for the verification process:
- Company registered address and number
- Identity documents of the account representative
- Identity documents of company directors
- Recent bank statement
How to add a new entity
- Log in to your Reap dashboard at dashboard.reap.global/login.

Click the company name dropdown in the lower left of the dashboard, just below the Reap logo. This opens the Entity Selector.
- Select + Add New Entity. The Add new entity modal will appear.
- Fill in the required fields:
- Business Name - the legal name of the new entity
- Product Type - select the Reap products the entity will use (e.g. Reap Card and Pay)
- This new entity is for my client/partner business - check this if you are adding the entity on behalf of a client or partner

Country of operation - select from the dropdown
- Click Start Account Verification to submit your request.
Already have a separate Reap account under a different email? Do not use this flow. Contact hello@reap.global to merge it into your organisation instead.
What happens after you submit
Reap's team will review your submission and complete the KYB verification process for the new entity. The timeline depends on the completeness of your submission and the complexity of the entity structure.
Once approved:
- The new entity will appear in your Entity Selector dropdown.
- You can switch between entities from the same dashboard login.
- Each entity has its own separate collateral, balances, cards, and permissions. Nothing is shared between entities.

Can I manage multiple entities from one login?
Yes. Once each entity is verified and approved, you can switch between them using the Entity Selector dropdown in the top left of the dashboard.
Does each entity need its own verification?
Yes. Every entity must go through its own KYB review, regardless of how many entities are already on your account.
Can different entities share the same collateral or balance?
No. Each entity's collateral, balances, cards, and permissions are completely separate.
How long does verification take for a new entity?
The timeline depends on the completeness of your submission and the complexity of the entity structure. Contact support for a more specific estimate after you submit.
