Overview
You can remove a Reap Pay payment yourself as long as it has not been fully processed. What you see on screen depends on the payment's current status:
- Draft payments show a Delete draft option.
- Payments awaiting funds show a Cancel payment option.
If the payment has progressed beyond these statuses, you will need to contact the Reap support team.

Before you start
Make sure you have:
- Admin access to your Reap account
- A payment in Draft or Awaiting funds status
If your payment is already in Under review, Requires action, or Completed status, you will not be able to cancel it from your dashboard. See the If you cannot cancel the payment section below for next steps.
How to delete a draft payment
- Log in to your Reap dashboard at dashboard.reap.global.
- In the left sidebar, go to Payments, then select Payments.
- Find the payment showing a Draft status badge.

Click the “trash” icon to delete the payment.
- When the confirmation prompt appears, click Delete payment.
You will see a confirmation message: "Payment deleted”.
How to cancel a payment awaiting funds
- Log in to your Reap dashboard at dashboard.reap.global.
- In the left sidebar, go to Payments, then select Payments.
- Find the payment showing an Awaiting funds status badge.
- Click the payment row to open the Payment Details panel on the right.

In the Payment Details panel, click Cancel payment.
- When the confirmation prompt appears, click Cancel payment.
The payment will be removed from your payments list.
If you cannot cancel the payment
If the payment has moved to Under review, Requires action, or Completed status, it can no longer be removed from your dashboard.
Contact the Reap support team and provide your payment ID. You can find this at the top of the Payment Details panel - it starts with pid_. Our team will assist you from there.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between "Delete draft" and "Cancel payment"?
Both options remove the payment. The label differs based on the payment's current status. Draft payments show Delete draft. Payments that have been submitted but are still waiting for funds to arrive show Cancel payment.
Why can't I cancel a payment that is under review?
Once a payment moves to Under review, Reap has begun processing it with our banking partners. At that point, it can no longer be stopped from your dashboard. Contact support with your payment ID as soon as possible.
Will I get a confirmation after deleting or cancelling?
Yes. For draft deletions, you will see a "Payment deleted" message. For cancelled payments, the payment will be removed from your payments list.
