This article is for cardholders and admins who use the Reap Direct mobile app to check balances, view transactions, and manage their cards.
Overview
The Reap Direct mobile app uses a single home screen where you can see your card balance, switch between cards, and view transactions — all in one place.

Your home screen
When you open the app, you'll see:

| Card display | Your active card with available balance, card type (Physical or Virtual), card name, and last 4 digits |
| Quick actions | Details and Freeze icons directly below the card |
| Wallet button | Add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet |
| Recent transactions | The most recent transactions for the selected card, with a View all link |
Switch between cards
- Tap the card icon in the top-right corner of the home screen (it shows your total card count, e.g. "99+ cards").
- A card picker opens with a search field — type a card name or last 4 digits to find it quickly.
- Cards are grouped under Physical card and Virtual card. Your currently selected card has a checkmark.
- Tap any card to switch. The home screen updates immediately with that card's balance and transactions.
Read your transactions
Each transaction in the list shows:

| Merchant name | The merchant or vendor, with a category icon |
| Card currency amount | The amount charged to your card (e.g. HKD 14,082.82) |
| Foreign currency amount | If the transaction was in a different currency, the original amount appears in smaller text below (e.g. USD 1,800.00) |
| Status label | Shown when a transaction is not yet cleared |
Transaction status labels
| Status | How it appears | What it means |

| Pending | "Pending" text below the merchant name | Transaction is still processing |
| Declined | "Declined" in red text | Transaction was not approved |
| Refund | "Refund" in green text, with a positive amount (e.g. + HKD 300.00) | A refund has been credited |
| Cleared | No label | Transaction completed normally |
View transaction details
Tap any transaction to see:

| Transaction ID | Unique reference ID (tap to copy) |
| Receipt | Upload a receipt image |
| Notes | Add an optional note, then tap Save |
Freeze a card or view card details
From the home screen, use the quick action icons directly below your card:
- Details — View your full card number, expiry, and CVV
- Freeze — Temporarily freeze the card to block new transactions
No need to navigate to a separate screen.
FAQs
Where did the My Cards tab go? All your cards are now accessible from the card picker icon in the top-right corner of the home screen. Nothing was removed — everything is in one place.
Why do the transaction colors look different? Colors now indicate transaction status (pending, declined, refund) instead of category. This matches how transactions appear on the Reap web dashboard.
I can see two amounts on some transactions — what's that? When a transaction clears in a foreign currency, you'll see both the amount charged to your card and the original transaction amount. This saves you from tapping into each transaction to check.
How do I see transactions for a specific card? Tap the card picker icon at the top of the home screen, search or browse for a card, and the transaction list filters automatically.
