Who this is for: Admins and Group Owners
What this article covers: How to invite colleagues, assign permission roles, organise members into groups, and control who can do what inside your Reap dashboard.
Overview
The Team page lets you invite colleagues, assign permission roles, organize members into groups, and control who can do what inside your Reap dashboard.
To get to the Team page, click Team in the left sidebar. You will see a table listing everyone who has access to your company account, along with their group, permission role, and status.
The members table has the following columns:
| Column | What it shows |
| Name | The member's full name and email address |
| Group | The group the member belongs to, if any |
| Permission role | The level of access granted to the member |
| Status | Whether the member is Active or has a pending invitation |
| Actions | Options to edit or remove the member |

Permission roles
Each team member is assigned one of three permission roles. You can click the What are the permission roles? icon next to the column header to see a summary at any time.
When adding a new team member, you have the option to adjust specific permissions beyond what the standard role provides, giving you more granular control over what each person can see and do in the dashboard.
Role |
What they can do |
| Admin | Full access to the dashboard, including inviting and removing members, managing groups, and adjusting company settings. |
| Group Owner | Can manage members and settings within their assigned group, but cannot access other groups or company-wide settings. |
| Team Member | Standard access scoped to their group. Can view and use features relevant to their role, but cannot make changes to team or account settings. |
Adding a team member
To invite someone to your account:
- Click Add team member at the top right of the Team page.
- Enter the person's business email address.
- Select a Group for them to belong to, or leave it unassigned for now.
- Choose a Permission role from the dropdown.
- Click Send invitation.
The invitee will receive an email prompting them to accept and set up their access. Their status will show as pending until they accept.
Managing members
To edit or remove an existing member, click the more actions button (the three-dot icon) in the Actions column of that member's row. A dropdown will appear with the available options.
From this menu you can:
- Edit the member's group or permission role.
- Remove the member from your account entirely.
Note: You cannot edit or remove your own account from this page. Changes to your own profile can be made under Settings > Personal.
Group Setting
Groups let you organise team members by department or function, such as Finance or Customer Success. Click the Group Setting tab to view and manage your groups.
From here you can see how many members belong to each group. To create a new group, click Add group at the bottom of the list.
Filtering the members list
If you have a large team, use the Filters button above the table to narrow down the list. You can filter by group, permission role, or status to find the members you are looking for quickly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change a member's role after they have been invited?
Yes. Click the more actions button next to the member and select Edit. You can update their permission role or group at any time.
What happens when I remove a member?
Removing a member immediately revokes their access to the dashboard. They will not be able to log in or take any actions on your account. This cannot be undone, but you can re-invite the person at any time.
Can I have more than one Admin?
Yes. There is no limit to the number of members you can assign the Admin role to. We recommend keeping the number of Admins small and granting Team Member or Group Owner roles to everyone else.
What is the difference between a Group Owner and a Team Member?
A Group Owner has elevated permissions within their group and can manage other members inside that group. A Team Member has standard access and cannot make changes to group membership or settings.
I sent an invitation but the person did not receive it. What should I do?
Ask the invitee to check their spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, you can remove the pending member and send a fresh invitation. Make sure the email address is correct before resending.
