Before you start
You will need:
- Admin access to your Reap account
- Depending on your chosen method: a bank account ready to make an outgoing transfer, stablecoins (USDC or USDT) in a wallet you control, or card collateral available in your Reap account
For a full breakdown of card fees, see Reap Pricing.
Option A: Pay by bank transfer
- Log in to your Reap dashboard at dashboard.reap.global.
- In the left sidebar, click Cards, then click Balance & Statements.
-
In the Current card statement panel on the right, review your balance details:
- Current balance due: the total amount outstanding on your card
- Minimum repayment: the minimum amount you must pay by the due date
- Billing cycle: the statement period this balance covers
- Repayment due: the date by which payment must be received
- Click Make repayment.
-
On the Choose a repayment method screen, select Bank transfer and click Next.
-
The bank details for your transfer appear on screen. Note them down carefully.
- Important: Use only the bank details shown in this step. Do not use bank details from any other source.
- Find your Reference ID on the same screen. This is a unique code tied to your company. It stays the same for every repayment.
- Always include your Reference ID in the payment remarks or transfer description.
- Make the bank transfer from your bank using the details shown on screen:
- Send in the same currency as your card (USD for USD cards, HKD for HKD cards)
- Send from a bank account under the same legal entity as your Reap account
- Upload your proof of payment using the Upload document button on the same screen. Then check the confirmation box and click Transferred to notify Reap.
For your repayment to be matched without delay:
- Include the Reference ID in your transfer remarks
- Send from a bank account where the sender name matches your company name in Reap
- Upload your proof of payment and click "Transferred" to notify the Reap team
If any of these steps are missed, your repayment can still be processed manually, but it may take longer.
Supported transfer types: SWIFT, CHATS, and FPS.
Bank details by card currency:
- USD cards: the transfer details include the beneficiary bank name, SWIFT code, bank code, branch code, account number, beneficiary name, and beneficiary address.
- HKD cards: you can use the FPS QR Code or FPS ID to make the payment.
Option B: Pay using card collateral
This uses fiat or stablecoins already held as collateral in your Reap account. It is instant but reduces your available credit limit. This option is only available if you have collateral in your account.
- Log in to your Reap dashboard at dashboard.reap.global.
- In the left sidebar, click Cards, then click Balance & Statements.
- In the Current card statement panel, review your balance details, then click Make repayment.
-
On the Choose a repayment method screen, select Card collateral and click Next.
- Note: this option is only selectable when collateral is available. The amount available is shown next to the option label.
- Select which collateral balance you want to use for repayment:
- Fiat collateral balance - available in USD or HKD
- Crypto balance - available in USDT or USDC
- Choose how much you want to repay:
- Outstanding balance: repays the full amount due
- Custom amount: lets you enter a specific amount
- Click Confirm payment.
Your repayment is reflected immediately. You will also receive a confirmation email.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pay a partial amount instead of the full balance?
Yes. You can pay any amount up to your outstanding balance. Make sure to repay at least the minimum repayment amount by your due date to avoid late fees.
What is the Reference ID and why do I need it?
Your Reference ID is a unique code that helps Reap match your bank transfer to your account. Without it, your payment may need manual review and take longer to process. Always include it in your transfer remarks.
What happens if I forget to include the Reference ID?
Your repayment may be delayed by 3–5 business days. Upload your payment proof and click "Transferred" to help Reap locate the funds.
How long does a bank transfer repayment take to be matched?
Processing time varies by transfer type and payment method. Bank transfers typically take 0 to 2 business days once funds are received and matched by Reap.
Will repaying with card collateral affect my credit limit?
Yes. It reduces your available credit limit by the amount repaid. To restore your limit, deposit additional stablecoins. See How do I increase my Reap Card credit limit?.
What stablecoins can I use to repay?
You can repay using USDC or USDT. The minimum transfer amount via the Stablecoins method is 2 USDC/USDT.
Which blockchain networks are supported for stablecoin repayment?
Ethereum (ERC20), Polygon PoS (ERC-20), Solana (SPL), and TRON (TRC20).
