When you order a physical card, it goes through a manufacturing period before being dispatched. This article explains how long delivery typically takes and what steps to take if you need your card to arrive sooner.

Standard delivery timelines
Once you order a physical card, manufacturing takes 5-10 business days before it is shipped. After dispatch, estimated delivery times depend on your location:

If you need your card faster
Expedited shipping is not available as a self-serve option. If you have an urgent delivery need, contact Reap Support as soon as the physical card is ordered and include the following details:
- Your entity name
- The recipient's full name
- The delivery country and city
- The recipient's phone number
- Whether standard shipping is already in progress
- Your required delivery deadline
The support team will confirm whether faster delivery is available for your destination and let you know if any additional courier charges apply.
Additional courier fees may apply if expedited delivery is arranged through Reap Support.
Frequently Asked Questions
I haven't received my card after 10 business days. What should I do?
Contact Reap Support with your entity name and the name on the card. The support team will look into the status of your delivery.
Can I change the delivery address after the card has been ordered?
Once an order has been placed and the card is in production, the delivery address cannot be changed. Contact Reap Support immediately if you placed an order with an incorrect address and the card has not yet shipped.
Will I be charged for shipping?
Standard shipping for Direct cards is free.
What do I do if my card arrives damaged?
Contact Reap Support and describe the damage. Do not activate a card that appears to have been tampered with.
