This article explains how to view your Reap card details — including your card number, expiry date, CVV/CVC, and billing address — using either the Reap Dashboard or the Reap mobile app.
Note: You can only view card details for cards registered under your own name. If you are not the cardholder for a particular card, those details will not be accessible to you.

View card details on the Reap Dashboard
Follow these steps to view your card details from a desktop or browser:
- Log in to the Reap Dashboard.
- In the left navigation menu, expand Cards and select Cards.

Find the card you want to view and click the eye icon on that card's row.

When prompted, enter your account password to verify your identity.
- Your card details, including the full card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address, will then be displayed.
View card details on the Reap mobile app
Follow these steps to view your card details from your iOS or Android device:
- Open the Reap app and log in with your Reap credentials. If you haven't installed it yet, download it from the App Store or Google Play.

On the home screen, your Reap card will be displayed. Tap the Details button below your card.
- When prompted, verify your identity using Face ID or your account password.
- Your card details, including the full card number, expiry date, and CVV, will be displayed on screen.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I see the eye icon on a card?
The eye icon only appears on cards where you are the registered cardholder. If you manage cards on behalf of other team members, you will not be able to view their card details. Only the individual cardholder can access their own card information.
Why am I being asked to enter my password to view card details?
Reap requires password (or biometric) verification before displaying sensitive card information. This is a security measure to protect your card details in case your device or browser session is accessed by someone else.
Can I view card details for a cancelled or expired card?
No. Card details are only accessible for active cards. Once a card has been cancelled or has expired, its details can no longer be viewed through the Dashboard or the app.
I entered the correct password but my card details still won't display. What should I do?
Try refreshing the page (Dashboard) or restarting the app and attempting again. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or reinstall the app. If you continue to experience problems, please contact our support team for further assistance.
Can I view card details on behalf of another cardholder?
No. For security and compliance reasons, card details can only be viewed by the individual cardholder. Administrators and company owners cannot access the full card details of other cardholders.
Is it safe to view my card details through the Reap Dashboard or app?
Yes. All card detail views are protected by identity verification and transmitted over encrypted connections. We recommend viewing your card details only on trusted devices and networks, and always logging out when you're done.
