Frequently Asked Questions
Who can issue cards to team members?
Only users with an Admin or Group Owner permission role can issue cards. Team Members and other roles will not see the Issue Card button.
Can I issue both a virtual and a physical card to the same team member?
Yes. You can issue multiple cards of either type to the same team member by clicking Issue Card on their row again.
Can I set different spend limits for the card?
Yes. Set a limit during card creation, or update it at any time from the Cards section. Leaving the limit at 0.00 means the card draws from the budget with no fixed cap (up to the USD 100,000 daily maximum).
How long does physical card delivery take?
Physical cards are typically delivered within 7–14 business days.
What if the "Issue Card" button is not visible?
The button only appears on hover for members with an Active status. If the member shows Invite expired, resend their invite before issuing a card.
How many physical cards can I issue to a team member?
You can issue 1 physical card per team member . If you need to replace a card, freeze or cancel the existing one before requesting a new physical card for that cardholder.
