How do I set up my Reap Card ATM PIN?

Your Reap Card ATM PIN is set from the Reap dashboard, not at an ATM. You will need your Reap account password to confirm the change.

How to set up your ATM PIN

  1. Log in to your Reap dashboard at https://dashboard.reap.global/login.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Settings.
  3. Under Settings, click Cards.
  4. Click your Reap Card. A window will appear on the right-side panel of the screen to show the details of your physical card.
  5. Click Change ATM Pin.
  6. Enter your preferred 6-digit PIN.
  7. Re-enter the PIN to confirm it.
  8. Enter your Reap account password to authorise the change.
  9. Click Confirm.

Your ATM PIN is now set and your card is ready for ATM withdrawals.

ATM withdrawal fees

Reap charges a 2% ATM withdrawal fee on each withdrawal. Some ATM operators may also apply their own additional fees at the machine.

Can I change my ATM PIN after setting it?

Yes. You can update your ATM PIN anytime by following the same steps above. You will need your Reap account password to confirm the change.

I forgot my ATM PIN. What should I do?

You can set a new ATM PIN from the Change ATM PIN flow in Settings > Cards. You do not need your old ATM PIN, but you will need your Reap account password.

My card was blocked after entering the wrong PIN too many times. What should I do?

Contact Reap Support for help. Please include your account name and the last 4 digits of your card so our team can assist you faster.

Can I use my ATM PIN for online purchases?

No. Your ATM PIN is only used for cash withdrawals at ATMs. Online and in-person card purchases use a different authentication method.
