Frequently asked questions
Can I add my Reap Card to both Apple Pay and Google Pay at the same time?
Yes. There is no restriction on adding your card to multiple digital wallets at the same time.
My Reap Card was rejected when I tried to add it. Why?
This can happen due to card program restrictions or regional limitations. Contact support with the error message you received and we can check whether your card type supports digital wallet provisioning.
I have a new phone. Do I need to re-add my Reap Card?
Yes. Digital wallet setups are device-specific. You will need to add your card again when switching to a new device.
Does adding my card to Apple Pay or Google Pay create a new card number?
Yes. Digital wallets use a device-specific virtual card number (called a token) instead of your actual card number — your Reap virtual or physical card number remains unchanged. This tokenisation is a standard security feature that keeps your real card details protected.
My card details are not showing when I click the eye icon. What should I do?
Make sure you are logged in to the correct Reap account. If the panel does not open or the details are missing, try refreshing the page. If the issue continues, contact support with your account name and card last 4 digits.
