What You Should Know
As a reminder:
- Reap will never ask for full card numbers (PANs), PINs, or one-time verification codes
- We will not request sensitive information via unsolicited phone calls, emails, or messages
- Official communications from Reap will always direct you to known, trusted channels
If someone contacts you claiming to be from Reap and asks for personal or sensitive information, this is not legitimate.
What To Do If You Receive a Suspicious Call or Message
If you receive a call or message that feels suspicious:
- Do not respond or share any personal information
- Avoid clicking any links or following instructions from the caller or sender
- Report it to Reap through our official support channels:
