Overview
Managing your company information keeps your Reap Direct account accurate and compliant. If your business has undergone changes (such as a new director, a change in registered address, or an updated ownership structure), you will need to notify Reap so your records stay current.
You cannot update material company details directly in the dashboard. All changes are submitted through our support team and reviewed by Reap's compliance team before they take effect.

Before you start
Before submitting a company information update, make sure you have:
- Admin access to your Reap Direct account
- The relevant supporting documents for your type of change (see the table below)
Compliance note: You are responsible for keeping your company information accurate and up to date. Material changes that are not reported to Reap may affect your account status.
What changes can be updated?
The table below outlines the most common company information updates and the documents typically required for each.

How to submit an update
All company information updates are processed through Reap's support team.
- Contact Reap Direct support by email at hello@reap.global or via live chat while signed in to your account.
- Describe the type of company change you are reporting.
- Our Support Team will review your request and advise you on any relevant or additional documentation required to proceed with the update.
- Attach the relevant supporting documents from the table above or additional documents from our Support Team..
- Reap's compliance team will review the request.
- You will be notified once the update has been reflected on your account.
Note: Significant changes (such as ownership updates or new UBO information) may require a longer compliance review period.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I update my company information directly in the dashboard?
No. Material company information updates must be submitted through support for compliance verification. You cannot make these changes from within the dashboard.
What happens if I do not notify Reap of a change?
You are required to keep your company information accurate. Failing to report a material change may result in an account review or temporary restrictions.
My company changed its name. Will my cards and payments still work during the update?
Yes, in most cases. Your cards and payments generally remain active while the change is being processed. However, if the update triggers a compliance review, temporary restrictions may apply.
A director left the company. Do I need to update Reap?
Yes. Changes to directors or authorized signatories must be reported to Reap along with updated company records.
