Once you submit your Reap account application, you can track it directly from your dashboard. This article explains where to find your status, what each status means, and what action (if any) you need to take.

After submitting your application, an application status card appears at the top of your dashboard homepage. The card updates automatically as your application moves through each stage of our review process. Where to find your application status
- Log in to your Reap dashboard at dashboard.reap.global/login.
- On the homepage, look for the application status card near the top of the page. It updates automatically as your application progresses.
What your status means
| Status | What it means |
| Ready to Start | Your account has been created but your application has not been submitted yet. Click the card to begin. |
| Incomplete | You started your application but did not finish it. Click the card to pick up where you left off. |
| Under Review | Your application has been submitted and is being reviewed by our compliance team. No action is needed from you unless we reach out. |
| Additional Documents Needed | Our team needs more information before your application can proceed. Check your email for details on what is required and respond as quickly as possible to avoid delays. |
What to do at each stage
Ready to Start or Incomplete
Click the status card on your dashboard to begin or continue your application. Before starting, make sure you have your documents ready. See the Reap Card Onboarding: Document Checklist for the full list of what you will need.
Under Review
No action is needed from your side. Typical review timelines from a complete submission are:
- Initial review: 1 to 2 business days
- Full document review: 3 to 5 business days
- If Enhanced Due Diligence is required: an additional 3 to 10 business days
The fastest way to get approved is to ensure your initial submission is complete and accurate. Missing or unclear documents are the most common cause of delays.
Additional Documents Needed
Check your email for a message from the Reap onboarding team. Reply directly to the email with the requested documents as soon as possible. Our team will get back to you within 1 business day.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the full review take?
From a complete submission, most applications are reviewed within 1 to 2 weeks. The exact timeline depends on your company structure, jurisdiction, and how quickly you respond to any follow-up requests.
My status has been "Under Review" for as long time. What should I do?
First, check your inbox for an RFI (Request for Information) email from our Compliance Team. If you received one, please respond to it. Our team will get back to you within 1 business day.
If you have already replied and your status has not changed, or if you have not received any follow-up after responding, contact us for an update:
- Signed up via a Reap sales representative? Reach out to your sales contact directly.
- Signed up via the Reap website? Contact our support team via Reap Dashboard’s live chat or email us at hello@reap.global.
I have not received any confirmation after submitting. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still have not received anything after 1 business day, contact us via Live Chat while signed in to your dashboard.
