Before you start
Make sure the issue is actually your password. A few other things can block you from logging in:
- Wrong email address — confirm you are using the email address linked to your Reap account
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) issue — if you can enter your password but get stuck at the 2FA step, see How do I reset two-factor authentication (2FA) on my Reap Direct account?
- Account restriction — if your account has been frozen or restricted, a password reset will not restore access.
If the issue is your password, continue below.
How to reset your password
- Go to the Reap login page.
- Click Forgot password.
- Enter the email address linked to your Reap account.
- Click the Send me a reset password email button.
- Check your inbox for an email from Reap with a password reset link.
- Click the link in the email and follow the steps to create a new password.
Once your new password is set, return to the login page and sign in.
If you do not receive the reset email
If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address. If unsure, contact support for guidance.
- If your organisation uses email filtering, ask your IT team to allow emails from Reap.
Frequently Asked Questions
I entered my email address but nothing happened. What should I do?
Double-check that you entered the email address linked to your Reap account. If you are unsure which email was used to register, contact Reap Support and they can confirm it for you.
The reset link in the email is not working. What should I do?
Reset links expire after a short time. If the link no longer works, go back to the login page and request a new one by clicking Forgot password again.
I reset my password but I still cannot log in. What could be wrong?
After resetting your password, make sure you are entering the new password and not the old one. If you are still unable to log in, it may be a 2FA issue or an account restriction — not a password issue. See the Before you start section above for links to those articles.
Can I reset my password if I no longer have access to the email address on my account?
No. The password reset link is sent to the email address on file. If you no longer have access to that email, contact Reap Support for help.
